Household waste carbonization machine adopts an advanced technology to achieve combustible gas recovery, purification and circulating combustion. That is to solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by the ordinary carbonizing machine produced in the carbonization engineering of smoke, and solves the problem of heat energy equipment required. It achieves a self-sufficient, and improves the continuity and economy.
Introduction:
Double-layer design make the lower part of the machine contact the hot air as much as possible, this design is helpful to raise the heat utilization efficiency from the beginning. The lower layer equipment utilize residue heat in carbonizing gas to flash steam the materials. This is the second stage to raise the utilization efficiency of heat. The optimized and concentration multi-pipe design of hot exhaust gas (generated from gasifier or hot blast heater) recycling pipe, carbonizing and fission heat collecting pipe, flash steaming steam collecting pipe, combustion emission collecting pipe can raise the heat utilization efficiency in the third time. After three time of optimized usage of heat, the temperature of the emission gas is below 100 centigrade. Under the inspection of related institutes, the heat use ratio of our equipment is over 85%.
Working Process Of Household Waste Carbonization:
1. Use the material reclaimer machine to collect the sticky sludge into the Measuring Conveyor;
2. The dispersion foggy device in the timber dryer pre- drying out the sludge and the sludge free fall inside the carbonization machine and been dry out for the second time;
3. Then the sludge fall in the outside bin of the machine and start the high temperature pyrolysis, sulfur emission, flue gas volatile, carbon focused carbide process;
4. The carbide will be discharged by the Water-cool conveyor, and the rest hot flue gas and heat will be suffered desulfurization process and smoke abatement process;
5. The smoke abatement and desulfurization steam will be cooled by the condenser and led to the recycle water pool.
